If you want Mark (a.k.a. Dr. Flowx) to spin at your club, bar, beach, lounge... he knows by all means, what to play for each location and every occasion. Slamming' uplifting club tracks to blow off the roof or soulful sophisticated Balearic jams to warm up the crowd while enjoying your bar and cocktails: You name it!

 

Mark was part of the Belgian Hed Kandi crew for over six years with international resident Hed Kandi dj Tom De Neef.

Mark is a resident DJ in a couple of Antwerp’s Hot Spots where he can really let himself go with his favourite music style: Deep, Vocal, Happy, Soulful House with occasional Latin influences. You can call it the Defected - hedkandi (the good days) Purple Music & Glitterbox style. These are labels he rates highly.

In 2016 Mark started playing for DiscoShit. 

At the end of 2017, Mark teamed up with dj Waxx. Together they are hosting PURE every last saturday of the month at Black Smoke in Antwerp. They start at 8 pm with some sophisticated Jazz, but they also play Bossanova, Soul, Funk, Latin, R&B (90's), Disco, Nu-Disco, Garage, Fusion, Soulful House and House. To be short, they deliver the whole package between 8 pm and 2 am.

At the end of 2018, Nick Bril from The Jane heard them play at the Black Smoke. Nick liked they're vibe and asked them to play at the Isakaya Nights in The Upper Room Bar (The Jane).

In october 2022 Waxx & Flow started curating saturday nights at Monroe in Antwerp. On saturdays bewteen 8 pm and midnight, they will play together as wel as solo or they invite a guest. First guests are Krewcial, MTMU and Cherokee. Monroe is not a club or pub. It's not even a café. It's a bistro with a fine bar. So you can always pop in, have a drink at the bar and enjoy the music.
